WINNER CLINIC 2022

Every year we see that the winner clinic is growing and growing. Faaborg is a famous ship building town so it makes sense that one of the best worldwide optimist builduing factories would be based there.

As a sailor I always remember how excited I was when I got my new boat in any class. The smell of resin made me so happy. It was like the smell of our house on christmas eve when parents and grandparents were baking for the family Dinner.

But compared to that it 's another thing for children to come into the winner factory and pick up their winner team boats from Stig and Marianne themselves. The level of the sailors that are participating is quite high so you can see them fighting all day in the starts and in the race area for an inch at the first mark rounding. During the briefs and video theory everybody is very concentrated in order to perform better on the next session. Once again the whole team of trainers and support personnel gave 100% for a great weekend. Hope we see you all next year again.
