Our career spans over twenty five years of professional coaching, leading and managing high performance teams, and coaching athletes to achieve World Class results. We strive for progress but perfection, through professional development, mentoring and self-education. We excel within a team environment, we have proven success on developing sailors and mentor instructors to meet personal and team goals.

We are fully qualified coaches who have worked for several national teams, from youth level to olympic campaigns. We frequently cooperate with other sports professionals around the globe to develop new innovative ideas, identify opportunities, communicate with the teams, and work collaborativly to meet delivery expectations. We believe culture starts from the top. Achieving excellence in the sailing business and cultivating the sport through coaching is a great challenge. Our experience in leading diverse teams, incorporating innovative programms in any level has allowed us to evolve our coachiing skills. I first sailed at the age of 8 at the Hellenic Club of Greeks from Egypt. Started with the optimist class as everybody in Greece and at the age of 16 sailed the Finn. I was a member of the Hellenic FINN National team from 1996 until 2001. In 1998 I won the Bronze medal at the European Junior Championship.In 1999 I started my promising coaching career. In just one year of work the Nautical Athletic League I won two national titles. Piraeus Sailing Club, one of the most prestigious sailing clubs in Greece, hired me with one goal, the making of a Laser Team. In 2007 Piraeus Sailing Club has 7 Laser Athletes in the National teams 3 of them in the pre Olympic team. With medals and high standings all over the world. In 2008 the Hellenic Olympic Laser team is constituted only with athletes from Piraeus sailing Club. By the age of 30 I had the great experience of two Olympic campaigns as a coach. Since 2013 working as a head Coach in GNSC(ANOG) building the sailing department from scratch, a club that is now considered amongst the best clubs for optimist in Greece. Except coaching, I have worked a lot of times in the organizing committees, some times as a mark layer other times as a Race officer.

Having high sailing and coaching knowledge, the optimist class is my biggest love, training both teams and individuals, all levels and using different approach depending on athlete/s level and expectations. I have multiply served as a National coach winning many medals during the last decade, acquiring a thorough experience in the field, taking more than the fundamentals in order to create new training programs every year. Studding materials development as Naval architect and using new technologies giving me boost and confidence to moving up every year enriching my key for success, the combination of Work-Develop-Imagine and Play Also I can develop and successfully operate a sailing club creating structured planning and innovative solutions I have been part of the #OptimistClinics , both as coach and manager in Greece and abroad ,setting the goals higher year by year, always with respect to the sport, the athletes and the parents. My passion is to build Sailors and Teams from zero to the highest level giving them sailing knowledge, critical thinking, and strong personality in harmony with fundamental ethical values.
